Chai Care - Monsey - Rockland County

I took my son to get checked for Strep since it seemed convenient and close to my home, but had an extremely disappointing experience overall and won’t be returning. While the Medical Assistant was very nice and patient with my son, we had to wait over 10 minutes just to be signed in when we arrived, since there was no one at the front desk (at 10:00am)! After getting swabbed for Strep and told that the rapid results would be ready in a few minutes, we were then told that they do not have any rapid kits available. How does an Urgent Care not have rapid test kits?? When I called after 24 hours for the overnight results, they said that they “are having issues with their lab and they don’t know when they will have the overnight results”. I attended Chai Care this week and I was very pleased with the service while being there. I was well welcomed by the front desk lady Natalie. She made sure she checked me in, and had me all set, ready to go. Amazing experience with the NP Avigail. I love Chai Care in Airmont, I always have the greatest experiences there !

Giving a five star because I have been here before with positive experience but they need to improve they say open till 8, I walked in 7:35, the nurse saw me from the distance made eye contact and let me we wait for 10 min before telling me after 7:30 they are done seeing patients for the day.

Being at Chai Care in Airmont, I really was amazed by the great service while arriving. Once I opened the door Natalie the MA, welcomed me very well. She made sure I was well taken care of. She also had such a great attitude working in which you can’t find a lot these days. Upon seeing the NP Avigial, I was very pleased by how she treated me with care, made sure I was comfortable, made sure I was okay. I love Chai Care in Airmont !! I really felt good being there, never any negativity !!

If you want to have a great experience ask for Alicia M (medical assistant). She is very friendly and welcoming. She always advocates for the patients and will always help you understand what test is being done and why.
