Gave an excellent review when I brought my oldest as a newborn 8 years ago. Dr. Holley (Rip) was in charge but after the clinic became centromed, everything went down hill! Took forever for call backs... results, referrals, and they no longer set up appointments after the end of the visit for the next appointment... PARENTS have to call to make an appointment. Overall, this clinic is all over the places. Pediatrician that they had for a few years, left. Then recently last year my oldest was due for her annual check up. The dr that she was scheduled to see was Dr. Hernandez. She wasn't a very pleasant lady. My oldest celebrated her birthday in August but the clinic didn't have an opening until this month (November) so it gave me plenty of time to look for another clinic. It was hard for me

Ive been bringing my son here since he was born 5 years ago. When we first came we liked the Dr he had. She is no longer there unfortunately. We've always dealt with long wait times here. Theres been times where ive been here 2-3 hours. Theres been times where its only been an hour. Regardless too long. The referrals have been frustrating as well. I needed a referral for my sons behavioral issues and when i got it and called the place they told me they dont take my insurance, so then why refer me to a place that cant take me....

To be honest, I didn't have the nicest experience at CentroMed SA Pediatrics Southeast. Although the staff was courteous, communication might have been improved and the wait time was somewhat lengthy. In the future, hopefully, they will be able to enhance their service.

I’ve gone twice with my newborn and the Dr. always apologizes for the wait, I’ve never been there over an hr and half, no matter where you go for a Dr. appointment will always take time. The staff is simple the only thing I wish they would do is ask how to pronounce my baby’s name.

Worst dr. Office ever! I waited 2 hours just to be seen for my 4 year old's appointment (specifically for her shots) even though it seemed like we were literally the only ones there. Get into the room for dr. Hernandez to be in there literally 2 minutes, did not ask us about any concerns and just looked at her and left. Did not look at her tummy or did a thorough exam. Anyways I drop off papers for her to start school, I told then I needed it within 2 weeks they said they'd have it done way before then. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting and come to find out they lost it! I get another one, email it to them, all for Dr.Hernandez to put that my child is behind on her vaccines! Now I have to take another copy so she can fill out out correctly! Very frustrating!! Only good thing about this place
