I took my granddaughter and myself to be evaluated for probable sinus infection and ear pressure that we have been battling for a few weeks. We had chalked it up to allergies initially because we do suffer from seasonal allergies. The staff was thorough and professional. Austin, PA-C did a thorough exam/assessment. He has a great bedside manner, professional and pleasant. He prescribed treatment and we both are starting to feel better already. Thanks so much to all the staff for your kindness and professionalism. If we ever need urgent care services again, this is the place I trust.

They were a little busy when I was there but I probably didn't wait more than 20 minutes. All the staff was helpful, kind and listened to everything I had to say. The PA who treated me was very understanding and prescribed the best medicine to treat my illness.

I had the best experience, the nurse and nurse practitioner were nothing but great. I would highly recommend them.

Their phone line is absolutely useless. You call in and they say their hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM. Then you try to speak with someone and all you get is this weird voice that says “welcome… welcome…” and then it rings and says that the voicemail box is full. Google says their hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM. I showed up around 10 and they had a sign hanging that said “closed, come back later.” Imagine being sick, showing up to get checked, and there’s a sign that says “come back later” with no explanation or anything. Super unprofessional. The doc is alright, but comes across like a mom talking down to her child whom she thinks is stupid or something. The girl at the front desk is kinda rude. I took my 2 toddlers in because they were sick. I dont think their temperatures were checked. After 5 seconds the nurse decided they just had allergies, wrote a prescription for steroids for my 12 month old, and a cough medicine combo for my 2.5 year old. She didnt give them allergy medicine even though she said that was the problem. I was pretty skeptical that it was allergies because they had been that way for 2 weeks, which I told her. No swabs, no tests, nothing. She barely looked at them. 2am that night my daughter woke up screaming, had a fever of 102. I took her to her regular doctor that next day because allergies wouldn't cause that. My youngest had strep, rsv, a bacterial infection, and the flu. My older child had a bacterial infection and rsv.
