Centra Urgent Care - Forest

3-Stars until I am done being sen here, I just got here… I’m having super high blood pressure issues and have been. Advised by several of my doctors to GO TO THE ER.. but I HATE the ER so it was suggested to go to an urgent care so here I am…. After testing if they say GO TO THE ER… Then I’ll go to the stupid ER.. :-/ But so far staff is pretty friendly. Although I was trying to explain everything (as fast as I could so I was t rambling on..) and was interrupted but i understand… she wanted me to get to the point… I get it.

Tameka and the front desk team are great. While all urgent care facilities get busy and can’t always see you right away, they were patient and explained the waiting process well. We were seen prior to our time and the place was clean and well kept. There

We were in Virginia visiting family when my son had a severe asthma attack on a Saturday morning. We took him there because it was the closest place we could find. Thank goodness we did. The staff was super helpful, courteous and cared for him as is he was their own son. Definitely an A+ rating from me.

Usually our experience here is great but this last weekend I took my son for a suspected ear infection (ear pain and nasal congestion) and after a very quick look inside his ear I was told by the physician that he didn’t have one. It’s now a couple days later and after days of continued ear pain and pain meds daily I took him to his regular pediatrician only to find out he does in fact have an ear infection (no surprise) and a super painful ruptured eardrum. I just feel like this could’ve all been avoided and my child could’ve been in MUCH less pain by the original urgent care physician being more thorough.

While visiting family out of town, my son suddenly had an asthma attack. The staff didn’t hesitate, they got him into a room right away. The nurse and NP, Deborah, were truly wonderful: kind, patient, and so attentive to his needs. We’re beyond thankful for the care they gave him during such a scary moment. Rachel Jackson, Ohio
