Center Pharmacy

When my longtime pharmacy suddenly closed, I was incredibly stressed about how to get all my medications transferred correctly. Thankfully, Gretchen at this pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She personally coordinated all of my prescriptions, made sure they were set up properly, and even spoke with her manager to help smooth out the process. What could have been a very overwhelming situation turned into a relief thanks to her kindness and professionalism. I’m so grateful for Gretchen and the entire pharmacy team for their compassion and care — they truly treat their patients like family.

I started using them because they one of maybe two pharmacies in the area that can do compound medication. We had a bumpy start but BEN in particular went above and beyond. Even , Lisa ( I think that’s her name) would deliver things on her own time or after deliveries were done for the day because it was missed or an emergency need. Their continued efforts to make sure I am a happy customer since, have been more than any other commercial pharmacy would provide. Still working out the automation of refills on their end but I am very happy!!

Since I switched to Center, after going back and forth from Walmart CVS and Walgreens because of poor service over the last 4 years that I've lived in Cape Coral, I won't go back! The service is awesome they have over 5 or 6 pharmassists working at all times so things always run smoothly! And the prices have beat @ll of them so far! Nothing but good things!

Center Pharmacy has literally improved the quality of my life. After years of being treated as a second class citizen because the medications that I have been taking for more than a dozen years for a serious neurological disability have a reputation for being used recreationally. Every time I call Center pharmacy the phone is always answered with a smile and a genuine attitude of how can I help you. On most occasions my needs have already been anticipated and my medication's are already on their way to be delivered to my door. As a person who teaches hospitality I am lucky to be able to say that I earn my living by sharing the joy of others. I truly believe that everyone who works at the Center Pharmacy also embraces this concept as being the basis for their professional also.

Typically, I would rate this pharmacy higher because I really like Shaan, Ben, and some of the woman that work the front. However, its WILD how consistently Melissa is an overachiever regarding bad experiences. From not even attempting to confirm insurance to bill correctly, to setting expectations for resolutions and then not honoring them, and then today blatantly lying to the pharmacist for the reason I was calling. I am glad to switch to a new pharmacy where all of the staff aim to do at least the bare minimum within their job.
