My first call, the employee was very nice and patient setting up two appointments and inputting all the private insurances that we have. Plus making sure that the doctor was skilled in my eye history. Took roughly an hour. I called to set up a 3rd appointment for a minor, and the lady was nasty. Wanted to argue with me. Told me the doctor I was placed with did not accept one of my insurances and was new. Not to mention, she made a big deal about seeing my child. So I cancelled all of my appointments. It seemed as if she didn't want to put work in to keep nre clients. The amount of work that went into setting these appointments up, went out the window and it was a huge disappointment. However, I rather schedule an appointment with facility that has great customer service.

I had Laser surgery done on the cataract of my right eye. After that was done. I followed every written instruction and I realized quickly how much better I could see. And how different my other eye really was. And I am now anxious for the left eye to be corrected. The staff was very kind to me, explaining the procedure and asking if I had any questions. I found Dr. Friedman to be very patient, concerned and of course he did a great job. The follow up appointments were very detailed. I have been very pleased.

I recently enjoyed an excellent experience with everyone at the Westminster Office for Total Eye Care.The assistants and Dr. Duong are all very friendly, willing to answer questions, and very professional. Hailee in the Optical Department is the best. She is very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and eager to provide professional and quality customer service. My husband and I have been coming to Total Eye Care for over 25 years. On my last visit, Dr. Friedman recommended that I should think about having my cataracts removed on both of my eyes. Since I am planning to attend my granddaughter’s wedding this December down in Florida, he accommodated me and scheduled both of the procedures to be completed by early October. My eyesight is better now than it was 35 years ago. The surgery went exactly as planned, and I am so appreciative to Dr. Friedman and his excellent team who took care of me during both of the surgeries! Now, all I have to do is start packing for my trip to the Sunshine State!!!!

I have been a patient here for over 25 years and have always felt that the competence and professionalism of the doctors is top rated. I did have an unpleasant experience on my last visit. After stopping at the pre-exam station my glasses went missing. A technician later returned them where I saw that they had been stepped on and damaged. Whoever damaged them did not return them and explain what had happened. The incident was probably entirely my fault for dropping them, BUT there should have been a spot at the pre-exam station where patients can put their glasses AND instructions from the tech if the patient desires to do so . Before leaving I stopped at the optician's station to ask if they would repair my eyeglass frames. They declared that they were unrepairable. (WOW $400 out the win
