After checking in I couldn’t make a payment through the self check in kiosk, due to new updated Medical card. I sat down and waited patiently for the receptionist to finish with another patient. After listening to them and having a good long talk, Fifteen minutes later I interrupted them and asked the receptionist about my payment which I knew it was $40 and not $20. She let me pay her while the tech had let me know she was ready for me to come back. J Lo my tech was great, very respectful and efficient. Even applying the drops she had a Kleenex ready to catch the excess. Dr. Young was very thorough and reassuring me everything looked great and will continue to keep an eye on things.

I understand that Dr Fridman was very busy today. He was a little rushed, but I believe that he was genuine and what I’m hoping he can do for me now and into the future. I’m happy that he took the time to also set me up with two other immediate appointments to have some other test run, which will give him more conclusive information of how he will handle my treatment concerning cataracts. Maybe during our next meeting, he won’t be so rushed, but I do respect the time that was given today in hopes of pass experience be put behind me. Once the issues I’m having with my left eye have been taken care of and we are able to move forward I would like to have my right eye done successfully by Dr Fridman. My appointments have always been prompt. Friendly staff! Neat and clean office and waiting area . I was given a thorough exam. I met with Dr Friedman for the first time and he gave me the good news I was hoping for.

This week I met with April, the optician for Center for Total Eye Care in Eldersburg. She is so gracious and knowledgeable about the ins & outs of vision insurance and getting the best possible price. I appreciated her professionalism and kindness as well as the time that she took to assist me.

10/10 experience. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He will address any questions, thoughts or concerns you have in a clear way. I always know Im receiving the best care with Dr. Young.
