Center For Sight - Englewood

This is the first time that I felt center of sight was inefficient. Too long of a waiting time from check in to check out. I arrived at 11:00 and did not leave till 12:45. Over booking I feel is the cause. I felt by the time I finally reached to see the Dr There was no quality time. Felt I was being rushed. With this type of experience, I'm not sure if I'll be back. I've been a patient since 2020. Will not recommend you to anyone.

Used to be my “go to” for eye exams. Dr McVay is wonderful but the scheduling crew at the location is a train wreck. Today, virtually standing room only, lined up to the door and when I finally get to the counter to check-in, they tell me I cancelled it!! Bear in mind I’m checking in for an appointment that was previously scheduled and somehow erroneously by Center for Sight personnel who called me to set up this current appointment. Frankly, I’m done with this place. I mean how can you even trust cataract surgery here if they can’t even run the ship up front?? Transferred to the North Port location - hopefully with better results than here in Englewood,

Good experience with Dr. Krystina. Very professional but friendly and courteous simultaneously. There has been a turnover of good staff in recent times which results in building new relationships, which in my case was 3 professionals in 3 years.

It was a very nice experience. I loved looking for a new pair of sunglasses, which I purchased. The Dr I saw was abrupt . Everyone else was lovely. Thanks

Check in staff was friendly and the process was efficient. Angela was the assistant that performed my initial tests and she was wonderful. Dr. McVey did an outstanding job assessing my vision challenges and prescribing appropriate solutions. Staff provided me with copies of my prescriptions without my requesting them. I was quite impressed with the Center for Sight and highly recommend it to anyone needing an eye doctor.
