Aspen Dental - Englewood, FL

I went back to my local (Englewood Fl) Aspen dental and they did a (Kumari) at the front desk did a wonderful job getting me into the Aspen dental plan and one of thier payment plans for my partial. She is very organized and explained everything so well. Very good job. And all of them from the dentist, assistants, hygienist are very good. They seem to have a greateam there and seem to communicate very well with each other. Thats how it is supposed to be done. Nice job! Kenneth Taylor

I scheduled an appointment at this office specifically because I have dental trauma and was told that nitrous would be available to help make the experience manageable for me. Unfortunately, my visit did not go as expected. After sitting in the office for over an hour and a half, I was informed that they weren’t sure a cleaning could be done that day. I was then told that although the office does have nitrous, it was not hooked up, so they could not proceed with the cleaning as anticipated.This was upsetting, especially given that the medically necessary nitrous support was the primary reason I chose this location. I was surprised with the state of the art equipment and thorough visit to get established as a new patient. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant and efficient! Most of all, I was impressed with the consult with Kamari! She was so informative, professional and patient. And she answered all my many questions. Look forward to future visits.

So, since I posted my original review, Aspen Dental has fully reimbursed me, so that is nice. Thank you, Aspen Dental Just so you know, I did contact their billing department 3 times before I posted. Twice from abroad. I'm just not sure how many other people would persevere for a credit. Avoid this place like the plague! It took me over a year to get $129 credit when I am actually owed $243. I went for a new patient cleaning. The technician started to XRay me. I told her I didn't think I was due. She said she'd check. She came back and told me they checked and I was due for films. That was a lie. They eventually changed me for X-rays although the rude office manager told me they wouldn't charge me. I was falsely told I had bone loss, even showed an x-ray of (supposedly) my mouth. I

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt like the dentist in general didn’t give us enough input about our teeth and what I had explained to him my son and daughter-in-law went there and she had already seen her dentist six months prior was thinking of switching and then this dentist said she need like five fillings your dentist Aspen told my son had all kinds of things wrong with his teeth went back to their regular dentist because my son had a follow up anyways, and she didn’t have any feelings and his teeth weren’t that bad and so unfortunately we’re gonna have to find somewhere else to go.
