Mary and her team of therapists are top notch. Their approach to physical therapy takes into account your total body mechanics and not solely the site of injury. She has kept me out of surgery once, helped me through an injury flare up postpartum, and has been compassionate and thorough as I am going through and Achilles rupture repair recovery. I have been a client of the Center for Bodies in Balance for several years. I began because I was seeking relief from chronic neck and back pain. The Center has taught me how to correct the posture issues I had, exercise to strengthen problem areas and lifestyle modifications to prevent further issues. It is important to note that I had probably seen over a dozen physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists and chiropractors over the years, none of whom were able to help me resolve these issues.
