Castle Dental & Orthodontics - Austin - I-35 Frontage Rd

I had not been to a dentist in a while, and I was a bit nervous, but the staff here was very reassuring and kind. Overall I had a wonderful experience. The entire office was very professional and efficient in getting me into my appointment. I was immediately seen and felt like I received excellent care. They carefully explained the process to me and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a new dentist.

Appointment made day before and I needed them quickly so I give 5 stars for availability. Also the orthodontist explained everything before beginning on me and verified that I was satisfied with what he accomplished. I’m very satisfied!!!

There was no handicap ramp even though the dr.said there was one just to the right of the door. Receptionist was given the task to discuss treatment that should be the doctor's responsibility. The Dr refered me to an oral surgeon her assistant said it was because Dr didn't feel comfortable doing the extractions. That information should have been a discussion between the dr.and me. She should have a colleague in the Castle Dental that is trained in extractions.

Horrible experience- I’ve been to multiple Castle Dental locations and never had an experience like this one. I just saw a dentist in Conroe but waited to do the work because I was moving to Austin. 360 x-ray machine didn’t work. First issue. While waiting for the dentist I heard another customer arguing with her and very upset with the lack of communication and service he had experienced. I should’ve left right then. The dentist did a very thorough examination with a heavy touch. It was the most painful examination I’ve had a dentist. Once it was done the dental assistant tells me I need to do a deep cleaning in 2 sessions. I asked her what about the tooth I came in about that was hurting? It needs work and a crown on it. I know this already. She said the dentist would send the care plan

I called about a broken retainer and they had me in for a free consultation within two hours. They had the best price out of everyone I called, and I was fixed up and out in 45 minutes. Fully recommend!
