Castillo's Pharmacy

Ive been with for more than 10 years we are customers of castillo's pharmacy my mom has been waiting for her medicine since thursday she called yesterday and they told her is was out for delivery, here we are saturday and no medicine she is 86 and in alot of pain. Im very dissapointed because her medicine is an emergency i understand since happen but they could have called and explained what was happening.

The pharmacist refused to give me my medication; it's disrespectful. Something that's controlled by my pain doctor—I had spinal surgery—and that person was so mean that they wouldn't give me my medication.

I had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The service was fast and efficient, and I truly felt cared for. It’s not easy to find such great customer service these days, but this pharmacy went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back.

I had to go tho the pharmacy 2 days in a row for different medication. They were so kind and helpful. The process with the prescription was really quick. I really recommend it.

I called Castillo’s pharmacy At 20 minutes before 5 o’clock, there closing time according to Google and this door sticker and asked if they had my medication in stock because nowhere else in town does since it’s backlogged. I was assured that they do have it, and replied that I would be there in 10 minutes and was politely please come in and I will be helped. Great. So I pull up 10 minutes later and walk inside realize that my prescription is in my glove box, grab it and go back to the door and it’s locked. It was 12 till five at that point and the woman said that they close at 4:30 after I had just gotten off the phone and was at that moment looking at the 5 o’clock sticker on the door.
