I have been coming to Cascade Village Dental for about three years and I am always impressed with the quality of their services and the kindness of their staff. Doctor Vanderhoof is clearly passionate about oral healthcare and it shows through the community she has created in her office. The hygienists are skilled and great at answering questions, and the dental assistants are just as well informed and polite. I would like to especially shout out one of the assistants, Kayla. Recently, I came in to have scans taken and she did an excellent and efficient job. What an Amazing Staff and Dentist! I first encountered Ashley (Their Office Manager) when I came through the door. I was a New Patient and nervous about my appointment. I had to switch to a new Dentist Office due to an Insurance change. Ashley was sooo Welcoming and Sweet! She introduced herself and asked if it would be ok that there was a dog that wandered through the halls. I was ecstatic!! I LOVE dogs and this helped my anxiety in a new office. I then was brought back to a room by Megan their Hygienist. She was very welcoming and sweet as well. A sweet Bernadoodle accompanied us in the room. He was soo sweet and well mannered. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and staff. They are perfect with kids who are nervous. Very skillful as well as compassionate!!! I had a great experience here. The dental hygienist is fantastic. She did a deep clean that was pain-free. They also provided great advice on keeping my teeth for the rest of my life.
