Look no further! I’ve done rehab for different issues my whole adult life, mainly back and neck strain. I’d heard very good things about this location, but you know how rehab goes? Will I get a rushed 15 minutes of someone’s time, feel stressed out with a bunch of exercises I don’t even know if i can recreate at home? Not here!! I was blown away with the attention, time and sincerity of the physical therapists. I can’t thank the intelligent, kind and compassionate therapists enough. My posture is improved, my range of motion is definitely better, my overall mobility has improved, my headaches dramatically reduced, and most important I definitely feel better overall. I started here in April, one year after a hip replacement. I was still having pain, lack of mobility and had the goal of simply putting on my own socks again. After working with Bruce and the other excellent therapists i have gained so much more than i believed i ever could! I can now squat down to the floor (it’s been 5 years since i could perform that motion!), i can walk without pain, exercise without pain and every week have gained more flexibility! Finding cascade physical therapy and manual stretching has literally given me my life back. Thank you!!

I am so grateful for Cascade Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation. I came here when I was experiencing widespread body pain and intense lower back pain. I had been to at least 2-3 different physical therapists in my life before, and my experience here was 1000x better. Manual therapy, gentle stretching, and carefully controlled exercises allowed me to fully heal my lower back pain, and they gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to care for the rest of my body pain even after my last appointment with them over a year ago. The services I'm receiving at Cascade Physical Therapy are changing my life. After a lifetime of neck and shoulder tension as well as poor hip flexibility, I'm starting a new phase of my life, thanks to the therapists. If you want personalized service, not swallowed up by a large PT practice, this is your place!

They do not have enough electrodes (those sticky things that go on BARE SKIN for the TENS machine) for each patient to have their own. The electrodes go from patient to patient without being cleaned or replaced at all. I was told directly that "they (electrodes) get used until they stop sticking and then get thrown away." This is absolutely disgusting as I witnessed electrodes be pulled off a woman's upper buttocks and stuck back on the plastic pad to be reused on a different patient. After literally 2 calls to 2 physical therapy offices, I was told that that is not normal and that any reputable office will give you your own electrodes that will be used on you and only you. Towels do not get cleaned between patients either but that's not nearly as disgusting as the electrodes. Just want pe
