We had a wonderful experience with our new dentist, Dr. Joe Fazzio, and his amazing staff, Amber and Marlen—plus the sweetest office pup, Weller! From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Being greeted by Weller and the friendly smiles of Amber and Marlen immediately put us at ease. Dr. Joe, Amber, and Marlen truly went above and beyond to make us comfortable while providing exceptional care. The dental treatment was gentle, thorough, and professional, and it was clear that patient comfort is a top priority. This office is wonderful! The technician who cleaned my teeth was thorough yet gentle. She gave advice on how to best clean my teeth. The whole atmosphere of the office is professional, yet relaxed. The doctor is not pushy. He made me aware of what needs to be done and I can schedule at my convenience. I am very pleased with going to Cascade Family and Implant Dentistry.

New patient here. Already I am inamoired with the treatment. Dr. Joe is down to earth and professional that it was absolutely an amazing breath of fresh air being walked through my procedure. He made sure I was comfortable and in the know with each and every step he took. He diagnosed my problem right away and fixed it with out any type of pain in sight. They are a great practice very friendly. Dr Joe is very knowledgeable he knows his stuff and he's kind that is a very important thing when you're dealing with a dentist. Attentive and trustworthy team. Amber was warm, welcoming, and quick to get my information entered as a new patient. Marlen was thorough and gentle throughout my radiographs and my cleaning. Dr. Fazzio was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things in detail. And of course Weller was a great greeter! Looking forward to being a patient of theirs for a long time to come.
