Have trusted them with our dog and cat since we moved to the area a few years ago. Never have had any problems. The staff and veterinarians are very pleasant. They are usually flexible with appointments as well. Very good with my skittish pup.

Dr. Reiter is a wonderful vet. Compassionate and friendly care for all my animals. 3dogs and a cat.

YAY! Love this place <3 You will too. Willis, just had his 12 wk check up. He was All ears... This is Our 5th Shepherd now. We would never go anywhere else! Doctor Reiter and her staff are great with Our pets, we have cats also :) The Hospital offers a lot of things including a small boarding kennel. When we vacation Our dogs stay there and are treated like family. Always clean, mostly on time, sick pets take more time, so schedules can run over. That being said, I'd want the doctor to take her time; if it was my sick pet. If you want a Dr. that treats your pets, like she would treat her own, then go to Carrolltown Vet!! Not some BIG corporate place that sees you as a $. And yes, We named Our dog after the Different Strokes Show...."What you talkin bout, Willis?"

Got our dog put down by them and made the whole process crappy and hard when our whole family was grieving even having to put him down and they just sucked with getting back to us to even help getting answers don’t recommend them at all most of the girls are nasty in there. ‼️‼️‼️‼️
