Carrollton Pediatric Clinic

These people don’t know what days they are open. I was hung up on. Here I am missing work because their website and sign says one thing but they aren’t even open on Fridays. How are we supposed to know…? When I asked how? she said ‘don’t call my office again’ and hung up….i wasn’t rude at all. Not to mention the office is ran down and looks abandoned. Girl in front office has a bad attitude. As a parent the last thing I wanna do is deal with this while my kid is super sick. Let me also add, we have been using this doctor since my daughter was born. 4 years. We won’t use them ever again and warn others.

don't waste your time with this place. they don't even have the capacity to update their office hours SINCE COVID. That FOUR YEARS they've had to correct their hours of operations listing both online and what's posted on their door. and if you try to call them, they just get pissy at you for calling this out. Why would i trust my child with people so incompetent that they can't even update their hours of operations either online or the one posted to on the literal front of their building in FOUR YEARS?

I hate to even be able to give one star to this place. I have never been to such a nasty doctor office. It looks disgusting.. the floors look as if they have never been mopped the rooms definitely need an upgrade. I will never bring my son back. I am more terrified he will catch something at this place because of how disgusting it is. You can definitely tell from the outside as well that this isn’t somewhere you would want to get health care from. They also make you pay additions $50 each visit if your insurance is pending on giving their money... unfair to the patient because my $6000 out of pocket has been met! I have paid... and paid... and paid. They punish you for actually having insurance that pays. I am so disappointed. Every time I go I have an appointment, which doesn’t make sense

My daughter had an x-ray done yesterday. I called several times over a day and a half to get results and got the run around from everyone. Finally the office assistant manager got on the phone. She made excuses for the run around her employees gave me. And then told me that I could only have a school excuse for yesterday even though it was their fault she had to miss school today Bc I didn't know if her hand was broke. What a joke! I do not recommend taking your child to this office!

New patients pay $50 per patient! My insurance 100% covers well checks. I cannot afford to pay $100 for both my kids to get a well check. Must wear a mask. I no longer own a mask and they charge $1/per mask. I spent $3, told I'd have to pay $100, I was scolded for moving my mask off to breathe, and we left. Will not return. I do not recommend this place. This Dr was not approved for premium care provider on my United Healthcare list.
