Overall never had an issue. Only thing is trying to call and get information for my child or make an appointment over the years has been extremely hard. Especially when you’re pushed to leave a voicemail rather than someone actually picking up the phone to speak. I’ve been trying to get my son’s immunization records for a new doctor and I can’t even get through to speak to someone. Now I have to reschedule his appointment.

My family moved here two years ago and I had a hard time finding a pediatrician who was accepting new patients. Honestly, I was a little reluctant to call after seeing the reviews for this practice. I'm happy that I made the call. My 4 year old has a rough time at doctor's offices and everyone here: the doctors, nurses and front staff have been awesome with him. We have now had appointments with Dr. Chung, Dr. Abernathy and Angela Masters, CPNP. Every single one of them has been awesome. I wish I could remember the names of all the nurses and assistants that we have seen because they all deserve a shout-out, as well! Great doctors and staff. Been taking all my kids here for years and never had any issues. From the front desk staff, medical assistants, nurses and doctors - everyone is great, professional and very knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend them to whomever is looking for a great pediatrician's office.

Brought my son in recently for flu like symptoms and we were rushed through our appointment. (We were only in the room for about 10 minutes or less). They listened to me explain his symptoms and brushed it off as a virus without running ANY tests even though COVID and the flu are on the rise again. 2 days later (today) my son tested positive for COVID only after I tested him with a home kit after being in his preschool class because the doctor cleared him to return to school which means he’s potentially infected his entire class including the teachers. If they had opted to test him Monday this could have been avoided but now the preschool is forced to close for the remainder of the year! The worst… I waited over 2 hrs for my son to been seen, they seem very understaffed… also the woman at the front desk was sitting smiling at her phone the majority of those 2 hrs seems like she was having a fun conversation over text message. I asked and hr into the wait time how long & was told I there was only 2 people ahead of me… then they somehow got 5 more people ahead of me. My son has special needs, a two hour wait at an urgent care is a bit outrageous in my opinion & was very difficult for him and me as well. Maybe the staff should worry about patients and phones a bit less. I however did appreciate the lady who gave my son a sticker activity to do while we waited. But I will no longer be bribing any business to this urgent care.
