This place was not busy so I did not have to wait past my child's appointment time. That was nice and convenient. My complaints are that not a single person caring for my child introduced themselves. Not even the NP. I had to ask who eveyone was who entered his room and what their credentials were. What's worse, when they came in to give him his vaccination, the two ladies didn't introduce who they were. I had to ask. One didn't identify herself as a student and was about to inject a vaccination needle into my child. I asked who she was and at that point she identified herself as a student. They also did not hand me the CDC slip for the vaccination... I had to ask for it. She didn't appear to know what I was talking about until I explained further. Then she had to leave the room to get it.

1 Star doesn’t even define this place. They forgot about my wife and baby in the back room. No one ever got to them to tell them the diagnosis or that they could leave. Completely unprofessional all the had to say was that their sorry for having them wait 2 hours. Had she never of gotten up to leave they probably would of locked her up inside.

They are not professional I took my daughter to get shots and a week later they call me and tell me to take her back because they didn't store it properly and have to do it again. I don't have time to be going back because of their ineptitude.

I used to take all of my kids there and everytime what had terrible experience. People they come without identifying themselves and most of the ones they have there are actually students. if you care about your kids just to stay away from there.

even if u have an appointment they still take a long time . I’ve had to reschedule 2 times because it was over 2 hours and I have things to do . They really need to respect people’s time . They said “they’ll call u back shortly” an hour ago I’m still waiting .
