*Update* this practice is borderline negligent in its policies and patient care. They blatantly lie to you, and refuse to meet with you when you have genuine concerns about the way the providers are adhering to their own policies. As stated previously, run!! STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, if you actually want people who consider the individual needs of your child. Been going to this practice for years, trusting they actually cared. Unfortunately, I reached out for their support on an issue and they have completely either ignored, gaslighted, and even threatened to stop seeing my family. If you are wondering what I asked for? Nothing but great care by Mary Katherine for our sweet baby. I believe she goes by Katie. Has her own kids and you can just tell that she genuinely cares and understands the concerns from the parent perspective and always answers any questions we might have. Always puts our mind at ease after a visit. We absolutely love this place and all the doctors, nurses.

RUN Seemed nice at first. Threatened to call CPS on us 4 years ago if we didn’t vaccinate our child. I asked to wait to vaccinate until he was a little older than a few months. We vaccinated our child under duress. Do not recommend. Our child was diagnosed with autism after a sudden a drastic change in behavior after the vaccines. I am very sensitive and have many health issues, and wanted to wait because we didn’t know how he would be. They decided they know best. I also just read the review where the nurse or doctor was trying to isolate a child from their mother? Wow. Oh yeah, I keep recalling things. We requested a simple blood test. We love how well this team cares for our son. Dr. Meier really takes the time to connect with patients, is relatable & an all-around amazing provider!

I took my SIX year old here for an annual visit. At the end of the appointment, the provider asked my daughter if she wanted to speak to her alone to tell her anything to ask her any questions about her body. When my daughter said no, the provider said, “well remember you can always talk to me in private and what you tell me I cannot and won’t tell mom.” EXCUSE ME??? No adult should be encouraging my child to keep secrets from me. And no treatment or services should be provided without my consent. We will not be returning to this practice. We will be moving to Elite Comprehensive Care opening in February 2025.
