Carolina Community Pharmacy Northwest

Their customer service has dropped off. Called in to verify a prescription yesterday. Told it would be ready at 17:45. Go to pick up prescription at 18:30 just to find out medication is on back order. I cannot tell if this is incompetency, complacency, or just unprofessionalism. The happened yesterday, last month and a couple of times before. Now I’m out of medication and having to call pharmacies around Greenwood to find it.

This is by far the greatest blessing where pharmacies are concerned. I have been treated with dignity and respect each time. The prices are second to none. If they are busy and I have to leave a voicemail, I receive a call back within the half hour, consistently. They deliver to my doctor's office, which makes things so convenient. I couldn't love these guys more. 20 out of 10 recommended.

The people in this pharmacy are so kind and the store is really neat inside, if you never been inside. They have some cute jewelry and candy. Everyone works so hard there. Prices are low, quality is high. All of the staff who work here are friendly and highly capable. But if I didn't mention the ice cream bar, I would be remiss, it's low priced, yummy and worth dropping in for
