I have been going to Dr Merritt for over 20 years and her outstanding service has not changed. She is thorough in what she does and she will answer every question you have with patience and will make sure that you understand exactly what she said. I recommend her 1000%.

Dr. Merritt has been my eye doctor for over 25 years and now my three sons are her patients. It is extremely challenging finding and retaining people that share your passion and I've witness staff come and go over these years. I've experienced amazing service and very unpleasant service. I continue with Dr. Merritt because she is professional, passionate and thorough. I will pray for a passionate and professional staff to support her.

She and staff continue to be concerned about our well being. The flexibility with my returning about a concern was greatly appreciated.

Terrible place. We had a 11am reservation and at 11:45am I was still waiting. I did fill out new patients paperwork but that accounted for 10 minutes of the wait. The folks did not really care. Like it was normal.

Dr. Merritt is a great doctor. She is very kind, smart and helpful. You will have a great experience with her BUT the receptionists could have a better attitude with customers. Not very friendly when customers come in. Everybody goes through things whether personally or professionally but it should never translate to the customer.
