Worst care ive ever received. Don't trust these doctors to actually get anything correct or provide any level of quality care. Expect to rely on patient advocate complaints to get anything done.

My diet was changed and I wasnt notified to order what I wanted before cut off time. And the food service wouldn't let me order so I had to get whatever they bring usually something nasty. Poor why to treat a veteran.

Out of all the ex experiences in my life, there was none worse than the experiences of trying to get medical help from from the VA in Phoenix. First of all, why do they have so many different locations in Central Phoenix? Why wouldn’t they all be on the same property in the same building? Second of all, why does this location have so many damn parking lots and so many different entrances and none of them are clearly labeled . Every time I went here, I ended up having to move my car like three times trying to find the right building to go into for my appointment. Nobody ever knew where I needed to go when I finally did find someone to try to help me. 99% of the time I would miss my appointment, surely due to not knowing where to go and it being too late by the time I found out where I w

As a Veteran, I can tell you I am truly impressed and Blessed to have medical coverage. They stay on top of my needs and appointments can be held at Carl Hayden Hospital or at other V.A. approved facilities closer to my location.
