CareSpot Urgent Care of Yulee

CareSpot got me in and out of an examination in a little over ten minutes, with my check-in time at 7:51 PM and check-out by 8:04 PM. This isn’t a compliment nor praise, considering this is a doctor’s office. As someone who works in healthcare, patients are top priority no matter what time they walk through the door. A doctor should take pride in giving their patients proper care and medical attention, as this is the career path they chose. This isn’t just any job; this is someone’s health. My experience was very telling of the doctors, nurses, technicians, and front desk receptionist, and how they run their practice. They all rushed my appointment, as they were ready to go home. I was going through a severe allergic reaction and went to this CareSpot. The staff was amazing. They reacted so quickly. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. They treated me so quickly and with care. I feel so much better today. I’m so grateful.

Truly the BEST urgent care experience of my life, and it was a Sunday! I called at 2PM and spoke with Kayla. She scheduled me a 2:45PM appointment, giving me time to drive to the facility from St. Marys. I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived, which has never happened and they took me right back. My MA Kenyatta was excellent! Friendly, kind natured and made me feel comfortable and laugh through an otherwise uncomfortable situation. The provider came in quickly and I was on my way home within 30 minutes. I’ll drive to Yulee every time!

Highly recommend. Outstanding staff. Doctor was fantastic with my 6 year old. Made her laugh when she wasn’t feeling well and was crying shortly before from a double ear infection. She felt better within hours.

The staff were great. It was a busy day for them, but they remained professional and compassionate. Thanks to all who were involved in our care!
