This is my second time here, when I recently needed to come to a Post Acute Center I wanted to come back here. I was pleasantly surprised to find the food improved from my last stay I enjoyed all the meals. Activities was a lot of fun I enjoyed making bracelets for myself and other staff and residents. It was a home like environment I would recommend to others if you need post acute. And the OT/PT staff are top notch . I also loved some of the CNA and nurses shout out to Gunther he's an awesome CNA

My experience at this place was horrific! My husband was here from 12/31/25 until I personally took him out 1/23/26 because of the unsafe, disrespect and lack of care. So much more. He was here for Wound Care and therapy, walking mainly. He is a diabetic so this food they serve is a lot to be desired. The attitude of the workers, the aides, nurses that were with him except for 2 I trusted with him was awful for someone who works in a "caring" line of work. Ist of all Noone voluntarily tells their name or introduces themselves! No name plates or anything. They just walk in give you a pill cup and say take this. We have to ask their name, what is he taking? I had to tell one aide to leave the room. I walked in and she was so called cleaning feces off him with the sheets on his bed and using

I visited my loved one at this facility recently, and I was genuinely impressed with the atmosphere. The building felt warm, welcoming, and calm, and the staff treated everyone with care and patience. I want to give a special shout-out to Wes, the Activities Director. He brings so much energy and positivity into the building. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and keeps the place feeling lively and full of good vibes. My loved one lit up just talking about his activities. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. It makes a difference.

My father arrived for his rehab and as soon as we walked in it was horrifying. Staff yelling at patients, one poor woman begging to be helped to the restroom only to be ignored and urinated on herself and floor, which was not cleaned up. Basically threw a towel over the mess and the woman sat there without any help other than being told to be quiet. The sounds of both patients and staff yelling was shocking and no way in any good conscience could I leave my father there. If anyone ever recommends this place , run and run far .

My dad was here for wound care and physical therapy for a couple different stays 2017-2019 and, when my mom needed physical therapy after a stroke, I chose to bring her back here because their PT department is excellent. She’s been here for six weeks so far and has made so much progress that we are very optimistic that she will eventually be able to walk again. Jim and Lyndsey have done such a good job with the help of Aparna, Jay, Michelle, Christine, Celeste and the entire staff. Also worth noting that the food here is excellent. It’s so good, I wish they could bring an extra plate for me! Not even kidding! And the chefs and kitchen staff - Jay, Brandon, Melissa, Nilu, Susie, Angelica, Charlotte, and Jocelyn - go above and beyond with any requests. Truly outstanding! The nurses - Elain
