Care now Urgent Care visit was excellent! The facility is spotless and spacious! The employees starting with receptionist was clear and appropriate with her questions and directions in signing in! The nurse for the intake of weight, general why the visit, and blood pressure, temp etc. was gracious and very professional! The doctor or PA who saw me was right to the point and gave me examples of common symptoms! Recommended Oseltamivir Phosphate for my symptoms went over regiment of medicine and what to expect days to week! Very professional was adequately prepared with questions and answers! I visited a different urgent care this morning before coming to Care Now. The difference between the two was extensive and I’ll continue to visit the 281 location from now on. The check in progress was smooth and when I was worried about cost Jaz was understanding and compassionate and helped me pay what I could in order to be seen today. Alyssa was efficient, respectful and also compassionate taking my vitals, weight, and blood pressure. Dr. Mayberry validated my concerns and made me feel seen. I was struggling with multiple illnesses including a chronic one. She answered all my questions and asked me what I knew I needed for my body to heal. I was very satisfied with the way they attended to me. The doctor really listened and was very pleasant and knowledgeable,! I don't mind going back there again if a need arises and hopefully the same doctor again. The rest of the staff were very nice and attentive. I was seen on February 24, 2026 on 20780 hwy 281.

No one wants to get sick on Christmas Eve or at any other time, especially when traveling. But it happened to me. After intermittently sleeping through all the festivities in misery, they kindly asked me if I would like to go to CareNow Urgent Care. I moved as fast as possible with my aching body. I was sweetly greeted by Daisy and received all the check-in details. Karina Martinez took my vitals, etc. Swifly, competently, and nicely. I then moved to an immaculate and professional treatment room where Brad Miller, PA-C, took exceptional care of me and made me feel like I was receiving the best care possible. Easy as could be and quick. Front desk staff were courteous and worked it so the visit was completely covered by insurance. The provider was knowledgeable and on-point without wasting time going over historical minutiae.
