I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care! The appointment system was super easy to use, and I was able to book an appointment quickly without any hassle. When I arrived, the wait was short and they got me in right away. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. It made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
The CareNow on South Congress was amazing. The receptionist was quick to check me in and I was seen within minutes. Gemini had fantastic customer service and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my visit. Would highly recommended !
I had a great experience here! Check in was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The office was very clean. The PA I saw was very nice, transparent, and efficient. I will definitely be back to this location if needed with further urgent care needs!
Next time I’ll save my $50 copay especially if it’s a respiratory issue. I’d recommend go see my pharmacist at H‑E‑B he was so much more helpful, empathetic with my issue and no charge. He actually saved me money on what the provider had recommended otc - sticky note.
🌺💖🌺 The Receptionist Was Very Polite And Helpful Wirh Checking In. The Dr Listened To My Concerns And Explained Everything In Details. The Nurse Was Kind And Patient With My Grand Son When He Was Having A Tantrum. I Highly Recommend This Urgent Care Facility!!!... 🤗😉
