The clinic was clean and organized. The attending PA and MA were both very courteous and respectful. The wait time was less than ten minutes. The admin at the front desk was not at all friendly, however the rest of my visit was fantastic!

They’re amazing they listen to what’s wrong and get you what you need to feel better! James was great he made me feel heard! Juliet’s was great too I think she even called me to check up on you to make sure you got medications okay! Victoria Ike was awesome she’s made sure I was prescribed the things and told me the difference between a viral and bacterial infection. I’m definitely going to come back if I need too!

On 11/05/2025 I came here to renew my DOT Medical Card by taking my DOT Physical but come to find out after parting ways with the contractor I been with for the last 4 years and starting a new job after 3 weeks of working with this new company I was terminated due to my license being a Class C and not a Class A License and I was told that they cannot have someone with a Class C License be driving a Class A Truck. As I’m looking at Medical Examiners Certificate I see that the name of the lady that did my physical is Blanca Mueller. As of right now I am waiting on a response back from the FMCSA cause I need to know who was negligent in their work that not only costed me my job and put me behind on bills but are costing me other jobs when applying for them and being turned down when I know fo

Dr. Guzman and Nurse Ariel did a phenomenal job caring for my family last week! I appreciate how they put everyone in the same room so I can get the education needed to assist them in getting well. They were nothing but professional, and I am grateful for the quality of care they provided to my family! My family is doing much better because they actively listened and treated us with excellent care! They are what makes this place special! Thank you both!
