CareNow Urgent Care - Madison

I came to this facility to get a TB test for my job. I was highly impressed by the technology in the clinic that provided easy check-in services for the customers. While checking in, I was greeted by courteous, knowledgeable staff who waited on me politely and with respect. I was only in the waiting room of the facility for several minutes and then my named was called upon to give the service I requested. I was waited on my a very friendly and knowledgeable staff person named Marcus who made me feel very much at ease as he was an affable and well liked individual. Marcus administered the injection under my skin easily and professionally afterwards collecting the necessary information from me to produce the required paperwork for the facility. He told me I would need to come back in 48 h

Walking in I was greeted with a warm welcome from Ms. Rochelle. She was extremely sweet and helpful. I was able to get checked in and seen fairly quickly. The customer service was top notch and handled with care.

Care Now in Madison Tennessee offered me the best care from some of the best staff. From the time I entered, Rochelle, Marcus, and Dr. Patel made me feel like I was the only person there. They treated me with respect and great care. I will continue to use their services when I need them. I have been several times and have never had a bad experience and this may have been the best one yet.

Our primary care MD was fully booked, so we decided to visit our local urgent care for some relief. BIG shoutout to Dr. Patel, Rochell, Marcus, and Sabrina for taking such great care of my husband on a random Thursday night! No line, everyone was friendly, fast, super clean facility, and Dr. Patel did a great job explaining what was going on. We will absolutely be coming back and letting these lovely people take care of us!

Dr. Melissa went beyond her duties to make sure I was treated with good care and trust. Such a wonderful and professional person. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. Which was a plus.The nurse was friendly and explained the COVID test to me before the doctor came in and she also was very professional. She made me feel welcome. I will definitely go back to CareNow again if I need to.
