Banfield Pet Hospital

Brought my cat in today for a first visit and was pretty let down. About 75% of time in the room was spent telling me how I should have a care subscription. They asked very little about my cats life at home and nothing about her diet. Didn’t check her eyes, or for fleas, she doesn’t have fleas but it’s a nice gesture to see a vet checking all avenues while I have my pet in their office for a checkup. Been to many vets and I suppose it’s my fault for going to a chain instead of a privately owned office. When trusting people with my pets I prefer a down to earth human and not someone preforming as a robot.

Danielle helped us so much today, she informed us she has only been here 3 weeks but she is doing an amazing job! She is awesome! Dr. Newton is also the ABSOLUTE BEST! 10/10 recommend banfield in Madison!

They are the best. The only thing I don't like is instead of providing the customer with a 1year or 6 .month prescription for Heartworm Disease, Ticks & Fleas, and Roundworms & Hookworms prevention. We have to go to their office once monthly and pay $12, for one chewable. I think that is absolutely unnecessary.

My boy has had a banfield plan for about 4 years and i love the ability to track his documents, shots, appointments and issues over time. The staff know my dog and it makes such a difference in my peace of mind to know what he’s got coming up and also that i can count on going to appointments for free outside of normal appointments. also my dog has allergies and with our plan we can get $50 cytopoint shots. i just feel like we are cared for.
