Drs. Abbie and Misty were without a doubt the best team in their care for Kaydan. Their approach was not just warm but clinically collaborative and innovative. Most doctors engage patients with a standardized approach to care (in the box), but these doctors navigated with flexibility and creative. Kaydan was born with Down syndrome and later dually-diagnosed with autism as well. Oftentimes what works today does not necessarily work tomorrow. These doctors intuitively found what worked making our visit possibly one of the best doctors vists for Kaydan of all time. My parting feedback to them, wholeheartedly intended as a compliment, was that they did not "act" like doctors, although they were nothing short of excellent in their competence and care.

Hello, I would like to say that I was having problems hearing from regular conversations, to trying to hear the conversation on my cell phone. This was very frustrating and extremely stressful to me. I didn't know if a problem was really there or if I had age to blame for my hearing. I contacted my insurance and was referred to Aspire Audiology & Hearing, I met with Dr. Abbie Baricevich and she conducted the hearing tests on me. She was very informative in explaining how the tests will be handled and what to do and when to do it. Dr. Baricevich, was very compassionate about wanting to help me. Aspire took me as a walk-in after calling them just minutes before. I had my hearing aids cleaned and had a repair done that they didn’t charge me for. I recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids or service to their hearing aids.

Technician was experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly. Testing occurred on time and was as pleasant as possible. Would have given 5 stars except I take exception to their policy of charging an upfront fee just to MAKE the appointment..at the time of the phone call, not when you show up. I believe this to be unconscionable and indefensible. I would have changed providers except Aspire has a monopoly in the middle TN area. Management boldly exploits this without shame. They promise a refund after insurance pays but how many weeks, months might that take? Not an acceptable policy.

Abby and her team at aspire are very professional and capable with helping me with my cochlear implant. They are also very kind.They listen to what I have to say about things that work and don’t work and each time I leave the office it’s always better. You can’t go wrong with the Team at aspire.
