I don’t like going in fo see the doctor but I have to say that the NP Tamela Mathis is the best. She is genuinely a caring person which is what this world needs. The reason someone picks a profession is because it is their passion and you can tell that Tamela loves helping people like if they were part of her family which is something very important in this field of work. We cannot pick a profession solely for the paycheck. You have to have heart and she definitely did. With that being said this clinic was outstanding, courteous staff, quick to be seen and a compassionate Provider. She would not let me leave until I had an appointment to see a Primary and she helped me find a primary now that is heart. Thank you Tamela! You are definitely one of a kind. ♥️

I'd just about lost my faith in having good Healthcare. I knew i was sick, but walgreens tests didn't find anything. All tests negative. I didn't need an er at a hospital, just something. I randomly chose carenow urgent care. Best decision ever. Every person on staff was so kind and professional. I received a proper diagnosis with a treatment plan. I've learned not to trust the corner walgreens with Healthcare, they just fill prescriptions. Thank you carenow.

If I could give this location more than five stars, I would. This team went above and beyond for me in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine care, professionalism, and kindness, when I had already had an interesting morning. Ms. Alexandria, the Clinic Manager, exceeded every expectation with her support. Ms. Noela at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Ms. Jacqueline, the Medical Assistant, was incredibly attentive. And Ms. Tammy Mathis, the Provider, made sure I felt completely comfortable and truly cared for. This location helped me in more ways than they even know, and I’m sincerely grateful for the exceptional experience. Highly recommend if your looking for exceptional service..❤️

I was scheduled a month out from previous appointment, arrived and waited 1.5hrs and taken in clinic room only to be told my doctor was not there and decisions or care were limited since my care is Workmans comp. No communication was given or a choice to reschedule beforehand, my time matters too. Next available appointment is over 2 wks out on day after Thanksgiving. This was a scheduling mistake on the clinic and they did not make it right. I told them I can't come in on that date, they did not give me an option to come earlier. Very frustrated. Meanwhile I have to deal with my symptoms until than. This is not the 1st time they miss coordinate my appointment date, only last time they called me the day before to reschedule, since agian not doctors work day. People set home and work sche
