CareNow Urgent Care - Hurst

Every time I come to this location, I’m told to go somewhere else. Today they said the wait would be about an hour because a doctor isn’t available. How does an urgent care center not have a doctor? The parking lot is empty and there’s no one waiting inside, yet they still can’t see me. This is extremely inconvenient and defeats the purpose of urgent care.

This has been my urgent care place for five years. I’ve tried even other locations, and I keep coming back to this one because of the quality of care. Everyone is always professional, the way time is adequate, and all the personnel from the front desk, nurses, doctors, all of them are great. Absolutely recommend!

I really appreciate the fact that they are open on Sundays. I was able to get in and do my drug screening quickly and I can start work on time. Everyone was polite and professional and it was a great, quiet, comfortable experience. I also love that you can check in online. Thank you for the great service.

Lady at the front desk Amazing however trying to reach someone on the phone zero stars. I just wanted to follow up with the provider that did not want to give my little one antibiotics to give it a few more days. Its been more than a few more days and her nose is still running. I really thought this place was going to be great but I guess not im so shocked.

This was probably the quickest and easiest urgent care visit I’ve ever experienced. Brought my son in for stitches and from the moment we walked in, we were treated respectfully and very professionally even though we came in 15 min before closing. Entire staff were so kind and helpful! Hopefully we won’t need to visit again but if we do, this location will be our first choice.
