CareNow Urgent Care - De Zavala

Here’s a polished Google review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked in, the staff was very professional and welcoming. They accepted me as a walk-in without any issues, and I didn’t have to wait long to be brought back. I was treated very well throughout my visit and felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. The nurse who gave me my shot was amazing, I didn’t feel a thing! I truly left feeling happy with the care I received. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Amazing people. 1st something that you rarely see with an urgent care is a very welcoming attitude and a very understanding front desk that prioritize your convenience, today when I went in for strep throat I received all of that even at the front desk. She was amazing! Nurse Kat and Dr. Guzman took amazing care of me. I would 100% recommend them. I felt very heard, understood, and validated.

From the moment we walked in the front desk male was the friendliest. Then from the triage to the intake also person was very friendly. The NP M Rodriguez was the also very nice and helpful. Everyone who was on staff on 2.25.26 a big hands up. Although the results were not what we were expecting I have to stay that this was best service received. Thank you to the Care Now Team at Dezavala. You all are such amazing health care professionals.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! All i had was a sprained ankle, but Oksana was very informative and efficient, to keep the line quick. Oscar was very warm and reassuring, with the x-ray. Nicole and Tiffani were so personable, friendly, and delightful, I felt completely at home!!! They made sure i had nothing to be nervous about at all!!!! Great service!!!!

I went in because I was having horrible allergies and I took some Mucinex because I thought I was having a cold but it didn't help so I told the nurse (who was the sweetest ever) - that it could just be bad allergies. I haven't been able to sleep because I was super congested and I know it's bad allergy season. The minute the doctor walked in the first thing he said was. "Mucinex is not for allergies." I never told the nurse I was taking it for allergies, I said I thought I had a cold. The doctor just asked for my symptoms and checked my breathing but the treatment was dry and not at all empathetic. He told me to just take Zyrtec and use an over the counter nasal spray. I could've googled that. I just got a fever yesterday and I doubt that is caused by allergies. I paid 30 dollars for a go
