CareNow Urgent Care - Conway

Lady at the front was nice and super helpful. But the doctors seemed clueless about all the questions I was asking them. Came in with symptoms of high fever, chills, body ache, headache and coughing where it burns my chest. They tested me for flu and Covid. Came back negative. So I asked them well what could it be then? Their response was “I don’t know”. Nurse lady checked my ear and blamed it on my ear wax in my ears ? So they offered to flush it out. I asked how much it would be and the lady said “I don’t know”. And just stood there. She then said or you can do it at home with some solution. I asked her what’s the best route. Again she says “I don’t know”. Clearly these doctors and nurse don’t know anything so they shouldn’t be treating people. They told me it might be a common cold….

As I tried to explain to the Doctor that amount of Prednisone would not have much affect if any on my hand and it has not thus far. I have been talking Prednisone off and on since my 30s. I don't need someone to keep explaining to me the effects of it. What do they make it for?

Went for a cough, congestion. Not a very long wait. Got there at 5:40 saw nurse practioner at 6:10 and she was very sweet. Front desk staff very nice as well.

I schedule a visit because I had Bells Palsy and I was having pain in my ear and my jaw. I informed the receptionist that I had already been to my regular physician a week prior but that I was not able to get in touch with anyone at his office this particular day so that was why I came here because I was looking for relief for the pain. I was immediately taken to a room in the back and told that I would have to been taken to the ER by ambulance. I told them over and over that I didn’t want to take an ambulance and asked to leave. They would not let me leave so I asked if my wife could come pick me up. They made me sign a release form which I found out later from my doctor actually meant that I could have left without my wife coming but they still did not release me. They claimed that I was
