Poorly managed, apathetic, unprofessional, understaffed , consistently disorganized and lacking professionalism of any kind. Never answering the phone or taking responsibility for errors on thier part. The Pharmacist “IN CHARGE” (Larissa) is more interested in asserting her “Power” and arguing than helping create solutions. I will Never try to fill a script with them again. I have had repeated issues and this last interaction where I was told that my package “WAS” delivered , when I had not received it and UPS could not produce proof of such, nor was she interested in helping me in anyway but I refused to listen, and spoke over me, and refused to assist me in any helpful way. Unreal lack of leadership , accountable or Care. Never again. There is one on I-17 and the 101. Excellent Custom

There was confusion between my Rx prescriber and the order at Carefree Compounding. They were more than wonderful with the way they fixed the problem and were a stand-up company with integrity. I am extremely impressed with this company and Mrs. Larissa, the PAC.

Wow! The customer service here is non existent, especially Kevin but the lady ( whoever name I cannot pronounce) who answers the phone is not all that much more pleasant. I called in well before my thyroid meds needed to be filled. A week AFTER my meds were gone, I would still be without had I not transferred to a MUCH better compounding RX. Kevin could not have been less concerned that I was without thyroid meds and told me “ well a lot of other people are waiting too” because they needed to get a potency review. I asked if I would be called when it came in and he said “ we don’t have that kind of time to call anyone about their prescriptions” I called around and found a MUCH nicer Pharmacy, with very pleasant and helpful people and had my prescriptions transferred. New to the area, looking for a compounding pharmacy. This one will not be the one. They don’t answer their phone, don’t return text messages as they request customers to do, and provide no communication. If you’re too busy to take care of new customers then you must not need new business. I don’t have a new script for fun, I need the medication and I would like to have some kind of sound bite from my pharmacy confirming they received the script and when it might be available. On the other hand, just called North Valley Compounding, and they answered! Their customer service is excellent, they now have my business.

I’ve been with this pharmacy for almost three years and haven’t had any issues until now. My doctor called in a script last night on their voice messaging system but the pharmacy told me today they didn’t receive anything. I also called and left a voicemail yesterday at 9am asking for a call back and they didn’t respond until I texted them at 4pm approximately. I’ve now been without my medication for 35 hours which is serious to me as it manages my autoimmune disease and chronic pain associated. I am on my way to a pharmacy in Mesa right now which is 48 mins away from my house one way since they got my doctors script the first time and worked with me to pick up asap. Mail service will be an ongoing solution. Whatever has changed in the last year or so isn’t working and I urge you to look a
