I walked in to get a doctor's note as I'd gotten sick on vacation. The receptionist was lovely and the nurses and doctor all wonderful. Everything was fairly quick. I've been to this clinic before and didn't have issues before as well. It's a good option to look into if your pcp is booked out and you don't need urgent care/ER. I went early on a weekday and that seems to be the best time to get in quick. The only thing I would recommend is to call agead to see what insurance they take because I believe if you have insurance but they don't accept it, they charge you more than if you didn't have insurance at all. Overall great place. :)

I sent my 17 yr old down to pick up an after visit summary from HIS APPT. After a ton of run around and him spending almost an hour trying to get it they finally said they wouldn’t give it to him without a parent. Mind you in Washington State a minor doesn’t need parental permission for a Drs appt. Not too mention he had already been seen there and just needed a copy of the paperwork. If I had time to get it I wouldn’t have sent my son. I have worked in healthcare and it is not rocket science to print off the summary. I have no idea why they made it this difficult. I won’t go be using their clinic if they are that incompetent. I’m considering filling a complaint with the state medical board. Every patient has a right to their records.

Very professional people with empathetic hearts. I couldn't obtain what I went in for but they offered other solutions and refunded monies my Mom had given me for the procedure. I'm very grateful.

I have honestly never been treated so well at an urgent care before. They took my problems so seriously, and went above and beyond on to try and help me. Fast work and amazing care by all of the staff, and if you have a fear of doctors (like me) this is the place to go.

Went in for routine UA which went fine and urine was sent out for culture. Urine was lost by office and they repeatedly blamed it on Quest (nurses and MA). I spoke with Quest directly and they never got my order. I requested call from physician who runs the clinic to let him know his staff had lied to me. Despite several attempts I could not get him to call me back. I guess he doesn't care.
