Cardiac Cath Lab & Cardiac Surgery Center of Phoenix

Doctors and office staff were good, but Billing department is not so good, I received a bill for an office visit from 9/18/2004 on 7/8/2025 almost ten months later, called the billing office number and seven hours later they have not returned my call, usual excuse "helping other clients" poor service from them. After reviewing my paid bills file, this was paid at time of service on my Visa.

Don’t attempt to get in contact with any REASONABLE HUMAN that works here. They don’t exist. Don’t try to ask anyone questions; you’ll be hung up on. ZERO customer service; when attempting to reach clinical director you get told to not bother calling and hung up on. Incredibly rude. Find any other provider

Did not want to be here of course but had a good experience. Staff is professional and caring despite them seeing different people each day and doing similar procedures over and over again. I had a concern and a question and they were both addressed. Absolutely loved the music in the procedure room as it relaxed me and sparked a fun conversation. Not taking points away for the COVID procedures where my driver could not wait in the lobby - Not convenient in the least.

Recently, my 75 year old mother had a procedure at this location for the first time. Unfortunately, she has had several cardiac procedures done in the past and is not a stranger to dealing with medical staff. However, this is the first time she has ever had a compliant with a medical facility. The medical staff (excluding her cardiologist) was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and conducted themselves in a inappropriate manner. During the procedure she was spoken to as a child and given an attitude from the staff knowing she was visibly scared. I would not endorse this facility to a family member or friend. I understand that it can be difficult to deal with patients at times. However, as a medical personal you need to always understand the perspective of the patient and show compassion

I just had surgery the 10th of Feb. I was so pleased with all the staff. They were all so sweet and kind. Never have I had such an experience with hospital staff. I would recommened Cath Lab of Phoenix if ever need heart type surgery. My doctor was super as always.
