Excellent from start to finish. Ethan took the call, the check-in gal was amazing and then Madison the NP was terrific! So kind, upbeat, straightforward and patient. Highly recommend. New, clean with good customer-forward service. Also so nice to have a place that you can get into quite quickly. All to say that it was a very pleasant experience. Pretty sure, this will be our "go to." Thanks.

Its a nice urgent care clinic. I called same day for an appointment, that was quick and easy. I arrived 15 minutes early, was not greeted or acknowledged. Other people were though. The check in process was quick and easy. It could be made better by assuring more privacy. There was a lady hovering behind me and I didn't want to be sharing my private info like that. Something to consider. The care was great. I was seen promptly and felt that the doctor did a thorough exam. He listened to everything I had to say, all of my medical history and concerns. He answered every question. I never felt rushed. I HIGHLY appreciate that! Aside from that, everything in the clinic seemed clean, new and comfortable. ***Edit: I'm removing one star because I was asked twice what my preferred pharmacy is and

Dr. Lee was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Hannah, his medical assistant, was kind and attentive, and Vivian at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. The whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

From my first call to Ethan to schedule to Kinga the PA, to my discharge person, then on to Daphe I was treated with respect, compassion and understanding. Mine being a Workers Comp case , I brought so many questions with me. All were answered and any frustrations were taken care of professionally and with understanding. I have had great call backs with my questions being answered and resolved. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care.

My experience was fabulous, the people up front were very courteous and greeted me when I came in and when I left. The doctor, she was very kind and really took an interest in everything I was describing to her. She checked me over and subscribed some medication for me, then told me to come back in if I had any other symptoms. I was really very pleased with the overall examination.
