I’ve had an amazing experience with this office, from the front desk, to the nurses, and especially with Dr. Paudel. I cannot say enough about this doctor! He’s very knowledgeable, and I instantly felt at ease. I’ve never had a doctor take the time to educate and explain things the way that he does. He breaks everything down so that it’s very easily absorbed and digested. He makes you feel like more than a medical chart. He looks at you individually and makes you feel taken seriously. If you’re looking for a place that will listen and where you feel like you’re an active participant in your healthcare and treatment plan, look no further!

Dr. Kattamanchi is an excellent physician. He truly listens to your concerns without making you feel like those concerns are invalid. The front desk staff and nurses are incomparable. Their clinical pharmacist is so kind and knowledgeable. There is practically no wait time either. I would recommend this office to everyone I know!

Everybody was very friendly and professional. The follow-up is quick and shows interest in me personally. The reason it isn't A five star is the difficulty getting the doctor to actually hear me and admit that just maybe I knew what I had experienced with my own body. After that he is very willing to WORK with me instead of treating me like I know nothing.

Dr. Paudel at the Cape Fear Valley Diabetes & Endocrine Center is terrific and I highly recommend him. He went to bat for me with my insurance and got me approved for a much needed medication that wasn't easy to get through the insurance. He is a really nice provider who listens carefully and is very responsive to patient concerns and questions. He explains everything carefully also. I highly recommend him.

There's practically no waiting time. They don't leave you in a room to wait either. They explain things that for real make sense. I love the doctor and his wonderful staff Ms Heather knows her stuff! I would surely recommend them.I feel for the first time things are really starting to turn around for me.
