Established with Dr. Lawlor as a new patient for abnormal labs and some other issues going on. I have an extensive background and always nervous to see a new specialist. I did have a hard time getting scheduled due to referral issues and my new patient paperwork not sending. I was not getting a call back but it was during the holidays so I understand hours change. First phone call was so friendly and helpful. She confirmed they had all of my information and what to expect at my first appointment. I only waited a few minutes for the doctor to see me at my scheduled appointment. I left feeling validated, he listened and cared. Checkout was easy, everything for the next steps was explained to me. I am so happy to have this professional and caring provider on my medical team moving forw

Dr. Lawlor is the most unprofessional Dr that I have ever met. He told me that because the meds (2) they tried didn't work I don't lupus. And he also said because I didn't have four organs effected then again I don't have lupus. The last statement is false please see document. But he told me that I learned my stuff from Google and he was the DR. He didn't know how to help me, so he gaslight me. He is awful. BE aware!!Don't go here!!

They don’t give you any options for collecting info. I also asked for a telephone call rather than driving in so they can speak to me in person. Guess technology is overrated.Something to do with “billing”. As a disabled vet it would be nice to accommodate or facilitate simple requests. Having to show up w pen and paper so I can pass it on to my VA primary care provider seems strange. No printed report or records upon discharging. Second appointment over 15 minutes past the time set. Strange

Dr. Lawlor has been my Dr. since 2012. He is an amazing person who listens carefully and always responds with excellent advice. I can't believe he's rated as 3. something. Dr. Lawlor is 5 Star all the way!

I have not been treated since Janurary of this year. My March 2025 appointment for my bi-monthly transfusion was cancelled without my knowledge. I showed up on time to be told I had been removed from the scheduled transfusion. I was attempting to switch to known medication that worked better for me. I asked the doctor why they quit treating me and he said call the girl trying to get the medication approved. She only works a few hours a day, and is not very good at returning calls. I complained about the lack of communication and doctor Lawler told me to keep trying to contact her, and insisted he was doing me a favor. He also mentioned the squeaky wheel gets the grease as encouragement to keep calling. It is now middle of April. I received a letter from Jansen with his office cc’d around t
