Please stop leaving voice mails in Spanish until you find a more efficient way to do so. It is so hard to understand and it’s just sad to see that there isn’t much effort in doing it correctly and respectfully. Other than that I have never have an issue with staff or the facility. Everyone is great and respectful.

Had an amazing experience with the provider and triage process. Front desk staff were less than welcoming . I was the only one there and stood there for a prolonged time before being addressed despite me saying goodmorning and addressing staff. My child went to ask for restroom use and had to attempt to gain the staff attention by saying excuse me at least 8 times prior to being acknowledged. I have been bringing my children for 14 years and the warmness of the office that friendly helpful staff brings is lost.

Today was my first visit. To be honest… the front desk staff isn’t super friendly at all. They aren’t friendly in person or via the phone. Kim didn’t really care to help me out to much. I was trying to explain how old my son was by actual weeks for shots purposes and she was very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care to try to understand me. I have another visit coming up for my toddler and I’m hoping this visit is better- otherwise I’ll be changing care. I asked other parents in the waiting area about their experiences and they said the same.Alexandria was pleasant. Again- hoping it gets better the second visit or we will be finding other care. Also- the facility is older- not modern at all.

I brought my son in today for his physical at 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the staff did not greet me or offer any basic courtesy. The first thing I was asked—without any acknowledgment—was, “What’s the child’s last name?” This set a very unwelcoming tone. What was more concerning is that my son’s treatment was stopped mid-appointment by the front desk lady!!! The front desk had not updated his insurance information beforehand. She told the nurse “Stop don’t touch him, stop treatment.” I have been bringing my son to this practice for years, and this has never been an issue. I am always willing to provide updated insurance information, but I should have been informed before the appointment began, not after the nurse ha

My three daughters have been patients since birth and the level of service has been impeccable always. My oldest is 14 years old!! Caring, concerned and knowledgeable staff and physicians. Thank you for all your help!
