The front desk office hung up on me after telling me rudely that they “only see patients with a referral” and they must have a note from the doctor. I attempted to explain that I am referred but I just don’t have the note at the moment, I will be happy to get it before my appointment. I also mentioned that it’s not an emergency. I am just advised by optometrist to establish routine assessments with retina specialist. If that’s how they communicate on the front desk, one is better of going somewhere else. Based on the other reviews (which I did not read before), it is clear that these providers are not served well by their front desk staff. What a shame.

Very Knowledgeable, Exceptionally Professional,Compassionate, Friendly,Welcoming. Highly recommend there team of Doctors & Staff. My husband is very comfortable they explain every step to you about the procedures our search is over they are "The Best". If I could give 100 Stars i would do just that, because they are to my husband. I recommend family & friends.Thank You So Much!

Immediately received an emergency appointment. My own specialist was unavailable but the woman who handled my case was incredible; well versed in my situation, good listener, so kind and thorough. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I am very happy with California Retina Consultants. I have already recommended them to a friend and a relative. Although I had to wait due to an emergency patient, I would want the same care if I was the emergency patient. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Nika Bagheri was wonderful. The staff too. All are well trained.

A great experience. I was able to be seen very quickly and was treated with concern by all. Dr Bagheri is thorough and compassionate. Highly recommend.
