Caldwell Immediate Care

I would recommend going else where. I have had issues with getting accurate results or having to call constantly for results. A very specific lab was ordered to try and determine an underlying issue. I was told by multiple people at the office that the result was normal. It wasn't until going to another doctor with the results/notes from Caldwell Immediate Care that I found out I was told everything came back normal but there was actually no result. It was never drawn as part of the initial labs. I spoke to at least 5 different people and no one caught it. Another huge concern is the billing. They were billing me saying I owed for a visit I paid. I tried speaking with the billing lady who was extremely rude. I asked to speak to anyone else which she didn't like. Someone else from t

I’ve had such a good experience with Dr. Page and NP Mindy. They’re both super easy to talk to and really take their time listening, which makes a huge difference. Mindy explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and Dr. Page is calm, thorough, and never makes you feel rushed. The whole office has a welcoming vibe, the staff is kind, and everything runs pretty smoothly. I always leave feeling heard and taken care of. This practice is amazing. Both NP. Mindy Degeus and Dr.Page are excellent providers. They really listen to my needs, they are excellent at asking questions that really hone in on helping me get better both physically and emotionally. This practice is special !!! From the moment you walk into the practice till the time you leave they make you feel special. Their staff is top notch and I appreciate feeling valued as a patient. The doctor is great, took her time listening to my concerns. But had to dock a star for the thick Febreeze smell in every room. A place of wellness shouldn’t be filled with something that causes illness.

I had a pretty bad kidney infection. Started hurting around 11:00 AM and was rapidly getting worse. Requested a urine test and meds. My symptoms were nausea, flank pain, severe fatigue, and an inabilitu to toake a full breath without shooting pain radiating from my side. All pretty bad warning signs that something is seriously wrong. I was in a lot of pain. Rocking back and forth in the waiting room, pale, sweaty and shivering. While I understand appointments take priority, I was one of the only people in the waiting room for a long time, with other people coming in for their own urgent care needs and being seen faster.
