Burt's Pharmacy and Compounding Lab - Westlake Village

I am not a person who leaves reviews. However, in this case I must.In an era of big box, impersonal stores where staff do not take time to listen and serve you, I really want to take Time to recognize the very special and personalized service that your pharmacist, Dena Stasinis, provided when no one else took the time to locate a medication I needed. Dena not only immediately got back to me that Burt’s pharmacy had my medication available, but filled it immediately. I drove from Ventura to access it and will likely continue to do so for future refills. Dena is one of those gems who went the extra mile and did it with a smile. Thank you!

We’ve been using this pharmacy for years, even though we live just one city over. Our kids’ doctor, located right across the street from this pharmacy, has always referred us to them. Out of nowhere, a random pharmacist approached us and said, “You live in the valley. *Our owner* doesn’t want to serve customers outside of Westlake Village.” This makes absolutely no sense. It’s behavior like this that gives small businesses a bad reputation. I always go out of my way to support small businesses, but this was beyond disappointing. Not only did she fail to explain *why* this policy exists, but she also lacked basic manners. Truly pathetic.

I was referred to Burt's by my OBGYN and PCP. I have been a patient of Burt's Pharmacy in Westlake for almost a year now, and it is absolutely the ONLY pharmacy I will ever use as long as I live locally. I have only had the absolute best experience with every single staff member. Burt's truly offers an excellent and very personalized kind of service that you will not get at any large chain pharmacy (CVS, Costco etc). Extremely short phone wait times if any wait at all. I have never had an issue with a prescription or price "mix-up" or any issues with my insurance, both of which have happened to me many times at other pharmacies. Their pharmacy technicians and support staff, who often answer the phone, are not only very kind and patient but extremely knowledgeable and never make me feel rus

This pharmacy had been outstanding- always communicative, helpful and love the owner's esthetic and choices in apparel and inventory. I come here not only for any prescriptions for me and my family, but also for wonderful gifts for family and friends!

(Please note I am posting on my father's Google account to make sure this gets posted) Burts Pharmacy is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I can only personally speak to the Westlake Village location since that is my local spot, but I have a strong feeling that every single Burt's Pharmacy offers the same outstanding patient care and customer service (which I have heard from others as well). I used to get all my prescriptions filled at CVS, mostly because I don't have the best insurance and thought only big corporate-type pharmacy giants would take my insurance, but thankfully that is not the case! Not only does Burt's Pharmacy work with almost every insurance carrier, but they give so much more of a personalized experience that it literally feels like a different world compared to any other pharmac
