Where should I begin? Erin at the front desk is simply amazing. She’s kind, engaging and super helpful! The staff was so loving to my sweet daughter. They’ve helped us navigate a tooth extraction and worked to make sure our dentist 🦷 received the referral so we could move forward with braces. The intake process was so seamless and efficient, I didn’t have to take off work. We knocked out most requirements from my living room. The office gave me autonomy to set monthly payments that was comfortable for my household budget. Then the grand event was so easy, the staff was so patient with my kid, we/she/I felt like a member of the staff’s family. After getting home and settling in for the day, I received a call from Dr. Martin himself, this never happened with my orthodontist in Charlotte, NC.

I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for providing me with pro bono braces. Their generosity and kindness truly made a difference in my life. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and treated just like any of their regular clients. The team was always professional, caring, and attentive to my needs. They offered valuable advice on how to care for my teeth throughout the treatment, which made the experience even better. I can’t thank them enough for their support and for giving me the opportunity to improve my smile without any financial burden. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need!

Wonderful business and people. My two oldest daughters have both gotten their braces done through B & M Orthodontics. We’ve actually gone to all the different offices over the years. They’re all very clean and very professional and extremely welcoming. Their hours of operation are very accommodating. I feel everyone who works there truly cares for their patients and loves their job. My youngest daughter and I are both currently in our braces journey. So this review represents four people in our family! I feel you can’t go wrong with Bumgarner & Martin Orthodontics.

I can not say enough good things about this place! The staff is always so welcoming, positive and kind. It doesn’t take long for you to feel like they are family and not “just” an orthodontist office. One child has anxiety about any type of dental work and they have been so incredibly patient with her, explain everything to her and never once show any type of frustration while she’s getting work done. I am so blown away by the patient care here. It just further solidifies my choice of coming to B&M.

Grandson has braces. He goes here. Both granddaughters had their braces from here too. Great people.
