Brow Art 23

I’ve been coming here for a year now. I’m giving 2 stars because I usually get 10/10 results + service. But the older dark hair woman ruined my eyebrows. Absolutely horrible. Tried to convince me they’re “perfect” while playing tug of war with a handheld mirror with me. It was a very important trip, got engaged. Request blondish hair lady middle aged. She’s great! By far the best place to get your brows done among other services they offer. The girls are always so friendly and very welcoming. I moved here over 10yrs ago, and thank God I found this place. They have been doing my threading for over 10yrs and I'll never go anywhere else. Consistenty is what keeps you in business Thank you for being so amazing to me. Very professional. This is the only place in Knoxville that I would trust with my eyebrows! I have been going there for over 4 years and I have never been let down. Every single one of the ladies is incredible and does a good job. I always get so many compliments for the thickness and shape of my eyebrows. Strongly recommended!

This company ignores male clients. I tried going to one of their locations and was met with stares like I was stupid or lost. I wasn't greeted nor asked about service. When I stood and waited at the payment desk I was ignored beyond disgusted looks.
