The whole staff is very kind and efficient. Very professional. I am satisfied with every part of my experience I am a home health care worker and I bring my client here and they are very courteous to her needs I havevery much like the dentist he explains what he's doing he's very efficient makes me want to get insurance and come here myself and that's what I'm going to work on all dentist offices should be like this one

I had a visit a the office yesterday 10/14/25. The front desk staff and phone staff were friendly and very efficient. This was my first visit with this dentist. Dr Wong introduced himself he never explained my x-rays he told me I had lots of problems. That my insurance would pay for dentures once and that I needed a crown because my filing wouldn't last on my tooth long. He wanted to clean my teeth prophylactically but I was there for pain. How was that going to help me. I asked about getting my cavities filled he asked "where" now he can see my films but he never explained them. He lowered my chair and wanted to start cleaning my teeth. I asked him was he a hygienist and why he wanted to clean my teeth. Instead of them recommending a root canal they did fillings and I haven’t been able to work, live life, be a mother or anything since they went to deep and damaged my nerves. This is my third time leaving there and being in pain for weeks but this time I’ve taken so many pain meds it’s no way this is normal.

Extremely rude on the phone. Arrived for my young kids appointments at 3:45, for a 4pm appointment. waited until after 4:30pm. We ended up leaving and are finding a new dentist. I would give zero stars if I could!

STAY AWAY they over treated me told me I had 4 cavities I haven't had any in years. They were waking around confused, one asked me if I had a cleaning yet right after they had finished the cleaning. They were giving me a numbing injection and hit a nerve in my jaw, I felt a jolt and it went down my neck. My tongue was twitching for an hour after this. The whole experience was chaotic. DO NOT RECOMMEND
