This facility was an absolute disappointment and a nightmare for both patients and families. The lack of patience, compassion, and basic human decency from the nursing staff was shocking. My mother was supposed to be cared for, yet she was treated like a burden instead of a human being. Staffing was clearly inadequate, and it showed in every interaction. Call lights went unanswered, care was rushed or skipped, and there was zero sense of urgency when my mother needed assistance. Understaffing is no excuse for rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. The nurses were openly rude not only to my mother but also to family members who were simply advocating for her care. Questions were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and irritation, as if asking for proper care was an inconvenience. This pl

My mother has been at Brighton House for two years just about and the staff here has been absolutely wonderful to my mom. It’s great to see that they have activities for the patients. Again, staff nurses aids. Have all been wonderful. I can’t ask for a better crew of people to be helping my mom out. Barry from the old management company ran this place wonderful. Looking to get to know the new management and hope they run it as well as Barry did.

I highly recommend Brighton Post Acute. As part of ongoing community work that I conduct here together with my students, including on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, we regularly visit and see firsthand the warm, personal, and dedicated care the staff provides to every resident. There is genuine compassion and concern for each individual. Especially noteworthy is the sensitivity to religious and cultural needs, including opportunities for Jewish activities such as prayers, Shabbat meals, Shabbat songs, visiting the sick, and special holiday programs. This is a truly special place with a devoted team and big hearts, going above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and personally cared for. Highly recommended. Rabbi Shlomo Noginski

It has been the most difficult decision of my life to leave my mother in the nursing home. But Brighton has been an amazing experience. Especially the fact they have Russian program. My mom is truly happy to be immersed in songs of her youth, to be understood and to be cared for when I can no longer do it. I'm very grateful for their dedication and understanding.

First, I wanted to point that the place is very clean, I appreciate the housekeeping’s good work. My mom is turning to 96, she is vegetarian, doesn’t speak English, it was hard for her to stay beginning. She was admitted 4 months ago, first two days she wanted to go home. I am very thankful, the nurses are very patience and nice to my mom, now she is happier and loves the staffs there. John is my mom’s best friend. Every time when John brings her the food tray, she is very happy. I very appreciate his positive attitude and caring. My mom is vegetarian, there are not many choices she can eat, we understand and it's acceptable. Food quality needed to improve in general. I noticed that occasionally, my mom did not get her shower on the week scheduled. Michelle W
