I was happy with getting a tooth repaired from a bad chip a couple months ago. Dr. De la Puente is a good dentist and very kind. However, When it came time for my x-rays and exam, I was disappointed that they use the practice of the "periodontal" gum stabbing and number gathering exam. All I wanted was what my insurance covered which was x-rays and a tooth cleaning. But, they refused and offered a deep cleaning "plan" which my insurance does not fully cover and I will not be able to afford the rest. Not to mention a surprise charge of almost $60 that I was unaware of before the exam. Had I known this, I would not have proceeded. I will not be going back and will find a dentist that will provide me the service I ask for and that my insurance will cover. This is not the first dentist to try

Came in for new dentures, had a set made, they are great, the dentist and everyone working there was great and wonderful to me, would recommend Brighter Smiles to anyone.

My first dentist office here in Florida and I picked the right one!! I was having so much pain in my molar and ontop of that just really needed a good dentist . I am so glad I found brighter smiles and the dentist Luis ! The whole staff was so pleasant and friendly , the girls were so sweet, and the dentist really took his time explaining every step and they were very thorough. I am an over-thinker and he really made me feel comfortable and safe and I felt that I could trust him! I already had the tooth removed safely and I can’t wait to go back and get my teeth back to where they used to be! highly recommend 10/10.
